MEMORY/PERSPECTIVE POEM: Poetry is often inspired by memory and influenced by
our unique experiences and perspectives. This poem is designed to help reveal something
about you and also act as a catalyst--an agent that provokes or speeds significant change or
action--for reflection. Write a poem based on one of your memories, but make it a poem
that is "disruptive" of that memory (uproots or changes how you think, behave, do, learn
and go about our day-to-day) now that you have perspective. TWELVE LINES MINIMUM!
*Poetry Challenge: Include liquid of any kind (tears, melting ice, etc.) & Address multiple
senses (taste, touch, sound, sight).
