If a 17 year old girl married her 18 year old bf with her parents consent does that emancipated her from dcf custody?

my gf is 17 and lives in florida with me in my house she is happy here and i’m 18 her mother allows her to stay here with me and i have a stable income i have a job and a house so money is no problem and i am able to provide for her but she’s had a case with DCF in Massachusetts before she’s been dating me and they are planning on taking her back in a couple days because of a family situation so i was wonder if we get legally married with her mothers consent before dcf takes her would that make her emancipated and remove her custody from dcf?
