An integration clause in a written contract is one that expressly states:
(a) The parties to the contract will not discriminate in the performance of their agreement against each other on the basis of race.
(b) The parties intended the written contract to be the final and complete expression of all the terms and conditions of their agreement.
(c) All of the terms and conditions of a different but related written contract are integrated by reference into their agreement.
(d) There was no fraud, duress, or mistake integrated into the making of their agreement.
