At the conclusion of a professional standards ethics hearing, REALTOR® G was found in violation of Article 1. REALTOR® G felt that he had been treated unfairly because he was never given a chance to cross-examine two witnesses called by the complainant, REALTOR® T. He has the right to:

A) Ask for a new hearing.
B) Appeal to his local association's board of directors.
C) Take the case to a local court.
D) File a complaint against REALTOR® T.
