With respect to fundraising, What does "Honoring Donor Intent" in the Donor Bill of Rights mean?
1) The donor has the right to be informed of the organization's mission, of the way the organization intends to use the donated resources, and of its capacity to use donations effectively for intended purposes.
2) That the organization is required to use the money in the way that the donor wants it to be directed
3) That if the organization says it will use the money how the donor intended, they can actually use it for whatever they need to.
4) That the organization must ask the donor each time prior to the money being spent.
