The circumference of the table is 12π, or about 37.7.
this is because the formula for circumference is dπ (diameter x pi)
the area is about 36π, or about 113.1.
this is because the equation for area of a circle is πr² (pi x radius-squared)
so, the radius of the circle is 6, since the radius is half the diameter.
we put this in for "r" and have π6² (pi x 6-squared)
6² = 36.
we can either leave it in pi or multiply it to get the rounded answer. :)
