The answer is: 3 months

If we are doing fixed partial denture too son after the extraction, we  could risk dental trauma in the extraction site. To be safe, dentists need time to ensure that the graft material has enough time    to form immature bone that enable safe dental placement. This is why we need to wait a minimum of 3 months before the procedure.
