Hello! Strep throat attacks your body when you get food poisoning. So it attacks your body by the throat and it hurts like heck. I hope this helps :)

Strep throat can be caused by breathing in airborne bacteria, this bacteria will attack the tissues of your throat, causing it to swell as your immune system fights it, this causes throat pain and other symptoms
