(8 factorial).  This is easiest done on a calculator.  8! equals 40320.  Then, you would count up the repeating letters.  Two A's, 3 L's.  So, multiply 2! * 3!.  2! is 2, and 3! is 6.  2 * 6 = 12.  Then divide 40320 by 12.  40320/12 = 3360.
So, there are 3,360 different arrangements.
