A major angle is the part above BC that goes around the circle such that the angle is larger than 180 degrees. It is described above by BAC going clockwise. It is associated with the arc of a circle.
A minor angle is the angle not included in the major angle. In this case it is the angle formed by sweeping around from B to C underneath the chord BC
