First we need to work out the parenthesis, which can for instance be done using rainbow technique.

[tex]y + 3 = - 3x - 15[/tex]
Now subtract 3 from both sides.

[tex]y = - 3x - 18[/tex]
And finally add 3x to both sides.

[tex]3x + y = - 18[/tex]
The 4th answer choice is correct.
