the correct answer is B = allée, changé

Mathilde (feminine) est allée = the p.passé agrees with the subject with "être"

Elle a changé = P.P doesn't agree with the subject with "avoir". It only agrees with the direct object when this one is before the auxiliary "avoir + P.passé"
