Which theorem or postulate can you use to prove that KR || MT using the markings in the diagram?

A. Converse of Same-side interior angles theorem

B. Converse of Alternate interior angles theorem

C. Converse of Corresponding angles postulate

D. Converse of Exterior angles Theorem

Which theorem or postulate can you use to prove that KR MT using the markings in the diagram A Converse of Sameside interior angles theorem B Converse of Altern class=

Respuesta :

∠JKR and ∠LMT are both in the same place against the transversal.  They are corresponding.  The postulate regarding corresponding angles says that if a transversal cuts parallel lines, then corresponding angles are congruent.  Here, we have to take that backwards, if you will.  The angles are marked congruent and they are corresponding, so it's the converse of the original postulate.  C is what you want.
