1.There are several meanings of word "love". It differs from the point of view of people due to their age or experience.
There are some meanings that you can get in a dictionary that varies from other meanings due to the point of view of other people.
Therefore, I think, love is undefined until we, ourselves experience it. There are no specific words or any sentences to define love. For example, a child is an innocent creature who has no experience about world, the child would obiviously say love is an attracting feeling towards his family but for a teenager, love is a feeling of attraction towards different gender or same.
To adults it is a feeling of pleasure which can be received by a specific person. Thus there are several meaning of love.
2.As people point of view varies from each other, some may think it is a form of language that people use to get what they want due to greed or feeling of attraction. It can be also used to define love but is not so specific or enough to tell that "this is love"
3. If a person is experienced in every aspect of love then that person can defined love effectively but it obiviously cannot be possible due to their any issues. I think it has more meaning than anyone will ever understand.
