Something I need to point out is that n this specific case, the word "common" means public or for everybody therefore you are supposed to mark something that is public, that everyone has the right of having.
In this case, the 3 last options do not make any sense given our requiremets, leaving A. as the only possible answer. Fresh air is for everybody, from everybody.
