As this is the second time happening the best option for Mr. Henrik to deal with the situation is "he should arrange a meeting with Mr. Gomez and discuss the situation with him".
Talking about such issues with colleagues is never a good idea as this will never resolve the issue rather can be problematic. Also dumping the issue is also not reasonable as this can affect the whole situation negatively.
