The type of active transport protein channel which moves two molecules into the cell at the same time is a symporter. Example, movement of glucose along with Na+ within the cell (shown in the image).
The uniport transport involves the movement of only one molecule, e.g., the movement of various ions like K+, Na+, etc.
The antiport transport involves the movement of two molecules in opposite direction to each other. Example, transport of Ca2+ ions outside of cardiac muscle cells.
