Length (L): 4w + 9.7

Perimeter = 2L + 2w

     91.4     = 2(4w + 9.7) + 2(w)

     91.4     = 8w + 19.4 + 2w

     91.4     = 10w + 19.4

      72.0   = 10w

      7.20    = w

Length (L): 4w + 9.7   = 4(7.2) + 9.7   = 28.8 + 9.7   = 38.5

Answer: width = 7.2 cm, Length = 38.5 cm
