the simplest way to solve this is to locate 2 coordinates that fall exactly on the crossing of 2 lines -- this will help find the slope
so the 2 I used were (2,1) & (1,4)
now use the slope formula

and secondly, to find the last blank we need to identify the y-intercept
this is just a fancy term for the coordinate at which the line crosses the y-axis
by looking at the graph, we can see it's (0,7)
but all we need here is the 7
now we have all we need to complete the answer
