Eat more fruit! Especially watermelon. Fruit holds a lot of water, and if you find it hard to drink a lot of water, just eat a good amount of fruit during the day.

make sure to drink some in the morning. however, the times you drink water may vary depending on whether or not your on a diet. for example, if you want to loose weight, drink water before every meal. if you want to gain, avoid drinking water if you about to eat. try setting a reminder on your phone.
