P( green)= [tex]\frac{2}{9}[/tex] and P( blue) = [tex]\frac{4}{9}[/tex]

P( green or blue ) = P(green) + P(blue) = [tex]\frac{2}{9}[/tex] + [tex]\frac{4}{9}[/tex] =  [tex]\frac{6}{9}[/tex] = [tex]\frac{2}{3}[/tex]
