11) P2P works like how it sounds,  peer to peer networks are often more reliable than a dedicated server, for example when you are torrenting a 5 gb file through a dedicated server the download time will be slower than if you were to download it through a torrent aka P2P network. The way it works is a client downloads the file which he then begins to upload to another peer, which then he to will upload it and so forth until the network rises,  the more peers uploading the file the faster the file will download.  Every client in the p2p network acts as a server therefore raising bandwidth.

14) This question is a little tricky as all of these have security flaws.  A centralized system is easier to attack than a decentralized system, A p2p network is also very dangerous because once one peer is compromised the whole network can be compromised. I can't decide on one that is more secure than the other you would have to guess on that as they are all vulnerable.
