first the guy was a duke like a person who runs a state in today and he was the austro-Hungarian emperor's cousin so he have to lie about something and he was well favored by German president so he made the newspaper to say he wanted them to say which mean lies while the Manchester made a un biased one which mean on leaning toward one side
