I’m not sure if I’m correct but
a. Find the slope of the line
b. state a point on the line

the equation of a line in point-slope form is
y - b = m(x - a)
where m is the slope and (a, b ) is a point on the line
y + 1 = [tex]\frac{3}{5}[/tex](x + 5) is in this form
(a) with slope = [tex]\frac{3}{5}[/tex]
(b) point on the line = (- 5, - 1 ) = (a, b)
