The student's drawn function is not correct.
There needs to be a closed circle at (-2, 1), not an open one because the expression is less than or equal to. When it is "or equal to", it includes that value so the circle is closed.
At (-2, 3) and (1, 0), the circle should be open because it is not an "or equal to".
At (1, 2) the circle should be closed because it is an "or equal to".
There should be an open circle at x=3 because the function does not continue to infinity, it stops at 3 with out being equal to it.
