That’s because they have perspectives that affect how they think and what they believe. However, good historians use a variety of sources to make sure their arguments are based on facts and sound evidence.

Historiography exists as a social science that explores and examines the various ways in which History exists noted down and analyzed.
Historiography deals with various ideas from Historians, due to the point that Historians maintain various perspectives (it could even be theories, hypotheses, and/or ideologies) on the exact topics. These various views affect the way Historians interpret historical facts and, thus, their readings tend to vary.
