‘The method of cooperative farming is becoming popular’
Explain the statement giving reasons.
- The method of cooperative farming is becoming popular because farmers can own and control their enterprises to get the products they need and also to sell their own products. Another important aspect, is that farmers do not depend on the Government to structure their enterprises; farmers establish their own objectives, and ways to deal with money. In addition, farmers can offer themselves a better service through cooperative farming. They offer themselves services that are not available for individual farmers. Moreover, cooperatives help farmers to offer their products to large scale buyers, a benefit that is difficult to achieve for an individual farmer.
