solve the following rational equation

x-3/2x +7/x =1/3

x-3/2x+7/x = 1/3
x-3/2x + 14/2x = 1/3
x+11/2x=1/3

On cross multiplying you get
3(x+11) = 2x
3x + 33 = 2x
Therefore x = -33
