Click the File tab, click Help, then click Microsoft Office Help.
Microsoft Office products have a help system that helps the user look up information as you continue working in particular Office application. Help in Word is where a user can click to display the application help system. There are a couple of various ways to access the help system in Word. One of the common ways is to click the File tab, click Help, then click Microsoft Office Help. You can also access the help system by simply clicking the F1 button.
