For me, the humanities are the discipline that studies the different type of ways how the society/people process and document the human experiences such as history, languages, arts, religion and other social sciences.
Three distinct subject areas in the humanities field are:
- Philosophy: Social science that studies problems such as justification, existence and others.
- History: Is the collected information about the past.
- Archaeology: Comprehends the study of human activity through material culture.
