12. Yes and no. Yes if you want to have a fair Jail Time And No If you are that stupid and say no you get sentenced to life Some have some sense and make a deal to tell them what they did some are dumb...But unless you want to be sentenced to life maybe get beat up in jail Yes you should And i think amendment 5 Fifth Amendment Right Against Self-Incrimination.

13. No they cannot! You have to put them on trial or fine them the first time you can't do the same thing and add trial. I am sorry i forgot the Number but it's like no uncruel punishment's you can't get on trial for the  same thing. sorry i don't have the number.

14. No they cannot it's your property! you can actually sue them! just because they're not voting or supporting the one that the sheriff voted doesn't mean they have to stop the party that's actually Trespassing!
