First, it doesn't matter what is counted in moles, whether it's atoms, molecules, ions, coins, chickens, etc.
[tex]1mol = 6.02 \times {10}^{23} [/tex]
So 19.3 moles of something(in this case neon atoms) is calculated like this:
[tex]19.3 \times 6.02 \times {10}^{23} =[/tex]
[tex] = 1.16186 \times {10}^{25} [/tex]
