Feudal system
The feudal system relied on people being indentured to their farmland so when people began to move to cities, they began living independent lives. They got jobs in factories that didn't make them essentially slaves to landowners.
When the black death ended, the people of the country began to shift to the cities as the cities were not impacted by famine. This led to declining of the feudal system.
What is the feudal system?
The feudal system was a practice followed in Europe where the landlords were allocated the lands in exchange for service from tenants.
The feudal system came to an end when the people moved towards the cities where there was no famine attack. They got employment in the factories which no longer made them the slaves of landowners. This results in a reduction of the power of nobles and a rise in the wealth of the business sector.
Therefore, the feudal system gradually ended when the people shift to the cities.
