The answer is C. blaming the tribal leaders. The youth who wants to revenge will only end up losing their lives as the elders in the village do not restrain them. They are only letting them go to their own death.
The answer to this question is letter B. trying to convince his audience to be more peaceable. He denoted that the angry young men in his tribe are wild when threatened, but then the old women and men know better. He indicated of a hope that the white and the tribes commune in order to stop a chaotic dispute from happening.
