I was assaulted which left me impaired at the ankle. I recently found out that my doctor failed to document anything from 2015 and started to document in 2017,even on my visits they never took me seriously. This as resulted me in loss of better claim and to the point im worth £2000 and CICA have stated thiers not enough evidence to prove otherwise. What do i do?

First off I'm sorry to hear what happened to you and unfortunately it happens way to often. But I'd suggest you to get a good lawyer even though it'll cost money to get one you will be appreciative in the long run because he/she is more experienced in cases like yours so they'd have the best advice ^_^
