Glucose will be broken inside the mitochondria to release energy

Answer:

glucose will be broken down in half, producing two molecules of pryruvic acids.

and then the two pryruvic acids are broken down into carbon dioxide and during that process NADH and FADH2 molecules are made.

those two are made (NADH and FADH2) are used to make ATP (adenosine triphosphate) which is a process where energy is stored and released.
