Sat is a test in the USA I think, and you can take it in the USA. I think you can get it translated online, But I am not sure if you can take it from a different country.
In the United States, Sat is an exam, I believe, and you can in the United States. I don't know whether you can obtain the traduction from another nation. I suppose you could get it online.
