As their was no answer choices, my apologies but I had to look it up.
Which I'm hoping it is-
- A.) In chemical reactions, new isotopes are formed. in nuclear reactions, new compounds are formed.
- B.) Chemical reactions can be represented by balanced equations. Nuclear reactions cannot be represented by balanced equations.
- C.) In chemical reactions, small amounts of energy can be absorbed or released. In nuclear reactions, changes in energy are much larger.
- D.) In chemical reactions, only protons and neutrons are affected. In nuclear reactions, only electrons are affected.
____
If so then I'm assuming that it's 'C.)' Since it is proven that small-wise energy can be absorbed and or released, and so is nuclear reaction.
It's not 'A.)', 'B.)', nor 'D.)' due to the chemical reaction is not about isotopes, balanced equations, and anything that has to be about protons and neutrons, so none of them are related in any way. Same goes to nuclear reaction.
____
Anyways, I hope this helps as usual, good luck and have a nice day..
