Negligence of an individual can lead to serious damage of other individual. Negligence is considered as violation of one’s responsibility resulting in harmful consequences. The responsibility includes- care towards someone without neglecting them.
However, negligence is a branch of legal responsibility which should involve lawful actions against the person causing harm to other person.
