Answer:

the 1st amendment gives citizens the right to protest/picket it also gives citizens the ability to peacefully practice religion both civil liberty

attending a public school with all races was apart of the civil rights act it was established as brown vs board of education which granted black kids to attend schools with other races

the next question was also apart of the civil rights act

the last question is a civil right

- Protesting a law by picketing: Civil Liberty

- Peacefully practicing religion: Civil Right

- Attending a public school that has students of different races: Civil Right

- Using a public facility such as a bus station, theater or library regardless of one’s race: Civil Right

- Getting a fair chance at a job that isn’t traditionally filled by one’s gender: Civil Right.

Civil Rights are the ones that concern basic right to be treated equally than others in many situations such as employment, education, housing and access to public facilities. A Civil Right is hurt when a person is discriminated by gender, race, disability, religion etc.

Civil Liberties are basic rights and freedoms that are on the Bill of Rights such as free speech, privacy, the right to remain silent, fair court trial, to marry, to vote.
