To make a sentence a question, put the word "Est-ce que" in front of the sentence.
EXAMPLE :
Tu manges au restaurant. (You eat at the restaurant. [informal "you"])
Est-ce que vous mangez au restaurant ?

1) Est-ce que tu manges au restaurant ? (using "est-ce que")
2) Manges-tu au restaurant ? (inversion verb/subject)
