Concerning elections, including general, municipal, special and
primary elections, the nomination of candidates, primary and
election expenses and election contests; creating and
defining membership of county boards of elections; imposing
duties upon the Secretary of the Commonwealth, courts, county
boards of elections, county commissioners; imposing penalties
for violation of the act, and codifying, revising and
consolidating the laws relating thereto; and repealing
certain acts and parts of acts relating to elections.
Compiler's Note: Section 508 of Act 223 of 1970 provided
that Act 320 is repealed insofar as it is inconsistent
with Act 223.
Compiler's Note: Section 14 of Act 185 of 1969 provided
that Act 320 is repealed insofar as it relates to the
Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, the court of
common pleas of the proper county in connection with
matters relating to the powers or duties of the Secretary
of the Commonwealth or the special court of common pleas
established by section 1731 of Act 320.
