For example, under the Twenty-second Amendment, a person cannot be elected more than twice as president.  In an impeachment, you can forever be disqualified from holding federal office, and you would not be allowed to become President if you swore an oath to support the Constitution, and later rebelled against it. This last condition seems specific but it was used against politicians who became Confederates like  Robert E. Lee and Jefferson Davis.
