Laws should not involve the public thought but should revolve on the human as a being as a life -not to ki11 - not to r8pe- not to steal- not to lie on the account of someone’s life.it should not involve anything to do with opinions, values, religion, or traditions.

Depends on what it is that society wants. If they want rights for discriminated people then yes society. Long standing traditions are for family holidays and nothing more.
