The low pressure zone is created by the warmer air, when it increases. Then the cool air gets sinked as a result of which high pressure zone arises. Wind occurs when the air movement takes place between high and low pressure. Wind moves faster as a result of more difference in the pressure zones. Planets weather occurs because of convection. The movement of air through the Earth's or any planet or the atmosphere which is often termed as the wind. The earth's wind occurs due to uneven heating by the sun.  Uneven heating leads to change in atmospheric pressure and movement of wind from high pressure zone to low pressure zone.
