The answer is A. 60cm.

First, find out the perimeter of rectangle B.

4cm + 6cm = 10cm
10cm x 2 = 20cm

Afterwards, times 20cm by 3, as the question says the perimeter of rectangle A is 3 times that of rectangle B.

20 x 3 = 60cm
