If the basic rate is $14.60 per hour and a man worked 15 hours overtime during weekdays, 6 hours overtime on Saturday and 5 hours overtime on Sunday. Calculate:

(c) His gross wage for the week.

3. At a chemical factory, the basic week is 40 hours. During a particular week Mr. James earned a gross wage of $518.00, but $148.00 was for overtime.
(a) Calculate Mr. James basic rate of payment.
(b) If overtime was paid for at double-time,calculate how many hours Mr. James worked overtime.
