The crossing over will have a greater impact on genetic variation in case of honeybees. The crossover of chromosomes is the exchange of genetic material between homologous chromosomes. Fruit flies has 4 pairs of homologous chromosomes (8/2 = 4) and honeybees have 16 pairs of homologous chromosomes. So, honeybees have more genetic material that can be exchanged, so the greater genetic variation is expected in honeybees than in fruit flies.
