The answer to the question above is letter B. When the population of birth rate is equals to the death rate, there is a 'ZERO' population growth. Why? Using mathematical equation we can say that if there is a birth rate of 1000 per year and the death rate each is also 1000.. it concludes that there is no increase in population. the equation is 1000(BR) - 1000(DR) = 0 increase of population.
