The function is already factored, so it equals zero if and only if one of its factors equals zero:

[tex]-x-2=0 \iff x-2[/tex]

or

[tex]-2x - 3=0 \iff -2x=3\iff x=-\dfrac{3}{2}[/tex]

Since -2 is smaller than -3/2 the solutions are -2 and -3/2
